McTV packet capturer

• Displays ip packets on your network card.
• Shows some aditional info for UDP packets containing MPEG-TS.
• Pcap library is not needed.
• Can be used to find out multicast address for particular channel (set by Set-Top Box), source ip of multicast sever, which may be needed for igmpproxy and ports which may be useful for the channel scanner.

• Broadcasts DHCP Discovery Packets and displays responses from all servers on network.
• It can be used to discover DHCP servers on the IPTV VLAN side to detect parameters intended for Set-Top boxes.
